Bail CourtsList Item 1
Courtrooms 103 and 104. "Bail Vettor" in room outside courtroom 103. Surety Affidavit and Surety ID required for consent releases, forms available in 103/104 court, legal aid office, or or online at the York Region Law Association website. Video bail in courtroom 104.
Bail variation requests procedures:
Contact assigned Crown (vertical file management system). Bail Variation forms for consent variations, if surety release requires Surety Affidavit. All forms available in OCJ trial co-ordinator's office or online at YRLA website. Once form signed, submit to filing office at first floor (required to take a number and wait) and will be sent for Judge for approval.
